Staying at this hotel was a lovely experience overall. The rooms had a very quaint feel with a single queen-sized bed and a rocking chair, making them cozy and inviting. The service was top-notch with a very friendly staff member who made sure the management was aware of any issues promptly. The location was perfect, being within walking distance of downtown and close to many wonderful sites in northwestern Michigan, including the beautiful beach. Although the price was slightly towards the higher end, the value for money was reasonable, considering the exceptional location and services offered.
